This is the required starting package for bookkeeping DIYers seeking guidance and training from Enumerista.

 Set-Up + 1-Hour of Training Services

• Set-up of your QuickBooks Online file (chart of account + banking + templates, point-of-sale, software settings, 3rd party connections, etc). Set-up may take a one or more 30-60 minutes sessions and even span over several days. Package price may vary for more complex set-ups.

• A 1-hour online video training session (recording optional, available via Zoom only).

• It is recommended that you take about 15 days to apply everything learned during the initial training before scheduling the close-out session.

• Lastly, a 30-minute session to close up any questions.

~ Scheduling links will be provided for each type of session. 

Pricing: STARTS at $350.00 (one-time fee) [Prices subject to change]

Payment is due in full before scheduling the first set-up session and is non-refundable. 

Once the fee has been paid via Automated Clearing House (ACH) or Credit/Debit Card, we will commence work. 

We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling of any session due to reasonable and unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to our cancellation policy.

Pricing: $150.00 per hour for each additional hour of training [Prices subject to change]

Hourly training sessions available covering a specific or a variety of QBO topics (recording optional, available via Zoom only).

The option to purchase additional hours is only available for clients who have already purchased the Set-Up + Training Package.

• Pricing:  $75* per 60-minutes [Prices subject to change]

• Phone or video meeting consultation/support sessions can be arranged in 60-minute increments (minimum).

• This service is ideal for “quick questions”. If it is determined that the question cannot be answered quickly and will require more training, the above “Additional Bookkeeping Training sessions” price will apply.

A diagnostic service only covers a review and detailed report of findings but no corrections.

• Delivery of the diagnostic will be a combination of a document and an accompanying recorded video.
