Cancellation Policy for
Ongoing Services | Meeting Sessions | Training Sessions | Support/Consultation Sessions
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling of meetings, training and consultation/support sessions due to reasonable and also unforeseen circumstances in accordance to the below Force Majeure provision.
Force Majeure
Services, meetings, training and consultation/support sessions may be suspended / paused or rescheduled, as necessary in the judgement of the moment, should any of the following situations arise and any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either Party, including but not limited to:
Acts of God, natural disasters (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), local or national health emergencies, pandemic, illness or death.
War, invasion, act of foreign /domestic enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, explosion, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, or lockout.
Inability to perform or receive basic business services due to any of the situations listed above, including but not limited to damage to facility and the suspension, interruption, outage or failure of utility sources (electrical /internet / telephone), or applications.
There will be no discount or refund and no Party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations.
Services, meetings, training and consultation/support sessions will resume when permission is provided and/or when services are readily available, and it is convenient to do so by all parties.
